You can easily return items by following these steps:
Tear off the Return Form and fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return.
Place the Return Form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from Chardonneret.
Attach the self-adhesive address label (from available courier) to your parcel and hand the package in to any courier.
Please note that you will bear the cost of the return of the items and shipping fee to Chardonneret.
