DROP OFF:

 

You can easily return items by following these steps:

​

1. Tear off the Return Form and fill in the code that best explains the reason for your return.
    

2. Place the Return Form together with the item(s) you wish to return in a suitable bag/box, e.g the one you got from Chardonneret.
    

3. Attach the self-adhesive address label (from available courier) to your parcel and hand the package in to any courier.

Please note that you will bear the cost of the return of the items and shipping fee to Chardonneret.

REFUNDS:

 

It will take approximately 15 working days for refund processing of your returned parcel. Once we have received your parcel in our warehouse, we will refund the value of your returned items less the 10% return fee (from the original price) to the account details (debit or mobile banking) we received.

Please note, that Chardonneret will not be able to refund any additional charges, such as import taxes/customs duties, or cross border fees, applied by your local customs office or bank.
