RETURN POLICY

FOR RENTALS:

You must return the items in clean, undamaged, perfect working conditions, and well-packaged. You must also include:

  • All packaging such as boxes, bags, and tags

  • All items included in a bundle

 

Once you return the items and meet our policy and conditions, you'll receive the certain amount of money back on the rental items.

USE OF THE RENTAL ITEMS

 

You agree to treat the Rental Items with great care, as if it was borrowed from your close friend. You are responsible for loss, destruction or damage to the rental items due to theft, mysterious disappearance, fire, major stains or any other cause, other than normal wear and tear. If you return a rental item that is damaged beyond normal wear and tear, then you agree that we discard your money back guarantee for the rental items as determined on Section III of the Terms and Conditions. You agree to be responsible for all damages due to misuse, accident, abuse, neglect, negligence, unauthorized modification or alteration, use beyond rated capacity, unsuitable environmental conditions, improper installation, repair, handling, maintenance or application done during your possession.

FOR PURCHASES:

 

You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund. You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials including the receipt when you ship it or delivery it back to us. We inspect all returned items and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges.
